This is one of the most iconic images from the World Cup and is always included in any exhibition of great sports photography.

Own a piece of sporting history

The 1982 tournament ended in disgrace for Diego Maradona as he was sent off against arch-rivals Brazil and Argentina were knocked out of the tournament. This following his ommission from the Argentina World Cup winning squad in 1978 left the World wondering whether Maradona would ever fufill his undoubted talent. In 1986 the heir apparent to Pele delivered on the biggest stage of all with a series of virtuoso displays as the captain of the World Cup winning Argentina team.
